If you know the Cahill family, you know they are amazing!
Dave and Maxine are facing a hard battle. David has been diagnosed with Stage-4 cancer that started in the prostate, and has metastasized to his bone. This, of course, comes as a shock to their family.
The diagnosis means David will have to fight this disease, and he has many hard days ahead. He is unable to work at this time, and Maxine has cut way back on her work hours to help David get stronger and so they can battle this together.
They are so thankful for your prayers and are remaining strong in their faith as they move forward with a plan to help Dave gain health and wellness.
Due to the decrease in income because of Maxine’s reduced hours, they will need help to supplement their finances. It is my goal for Maxine to be allowed the time and energy to focus solely on her family without the stress of money and bills being at the center of her thoughts.
David is so proud of his boys. One stress that David has mentioned is the worry of paying for the next semester of college for their son, which is due in January. Donating to this GoFundMe account would help cover that cost, as well as allow them to cover everyday living expenses. I know this would allow David to focus on getting well and less on the stress of finances.
