ISOLINA'S FIRST KILN!!!!

Hi beautiful people! It’s Isolina Minjeong! I’m a 24 year-old sculptor newly based in NYC and I’M COMIN’ IN HOOOOOTTTTT! I have serendipitously acquired a studio space (more exciting news about that later) and I’m asking for love & support in getting my 1ST BIG BOY KILN SO I CAN BUILD MY BIG BOY WOOGIES 4EVR & EVR!!! Your donations will go towards a lovely electric oval kiln (I’ve already named Johnny), his venting, installation, and accessories!! **Move-in for my new space has been pushed to this fall of 2022!! I believe we can kickstart this whole things by then!!

 

 

I am so grateful that I’ve met the cosmic miracle that is clay! It’s shown me how to look at the world with boundless love, has introduced me to the most beautiful people I have ever met, and has blessed me with a career that I can’t believe I get to call “work”. Having been on this journey for 4 years, I’d use this kiln to build larger than I ever have before (in parts of course), and to give back through workshops, artist collaborations, and mentorship!
