ISOLATION HELP

with most of the country in isolation, we have already gave out over 400 meals and food bags to the most vulnerable in Hartlepool We WILL NOT have contact with anyone or EXCHANGE ANY MONEY at any time, We STRESS NO MONEY WILL CHANGE HANDS. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. Our volunteers will leave items on the doorstep. We will STEP BACK away and wait and make sure they have picked up their package, this ensures we know they ok AND SAFE Our priority is to you the VOLUNTEERS and our elderly and people with health problems. We have NEVER faced anything like this before and it is a learning curve for us all. No doubt we will face teething problems and work through it with help from you all. IF YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO CAN VOLUNTEER THEN PLEASE ASK THEM TO SIGN UP HERE. Www.poolietimeexchange.co.uk The BURBANK COMMUNITY CENTRE will make and prepare meals and drop them of where needed. Once again volunteers needed on a rota basis. Can you offer a few pounds to help us buy in supplies and containers to support what we are doing? Or you could drop food donations and soaps and toilet rolls at the Burbank community centre, and we will distribute to people in isolation. We are in uncharted waters here, Hartlepool can and will pull together to help our needy. Let’s show the uk how we as town survive when needed.  We encourage other community centres to also do this.  We also encourage all ward councillors,  Community activists and leaders to Sign up and support this scheme.  No matter what your political persuasion is, we need to all work together.
