Puerto Rico Se Levanta

We all know Hurricane Maria has devastated the island of Puerto Rico. The recovery will be long, it will take time, it will not be easy.

WHO:
Nuestra ISLA - is RELIEF & RECOVERY FUND it is a private, non-partisan, no overhead fund.  Our goal is to be committed to the assistance, and the development of Puerto Rico.   Devoted to the communities with the most critical needs.

The initiative was launched on September 20, 2017 by a small group of Puerto Rican business men and women, with all-inclusive experience, impeccable reputations, respected credentials.

Our grassroots efforts are not tainted by political views, political influence, or the like.

We are here to complete our mission.

WHAT:
Our pledge is to CONTINUALLY help. This is not a one time initial effort, this will be an ongoing action. Puerto Rico NEEDS your support, your help, your love.

Your donation will provide the necessary supplies, medical, foods, water, generators, clothing, and more... It will furthermore help in the transport of such items, whether by boat or air or both.  

With 1,000's of lbs, hundreds of pallets of supplies donated, transport to the most needy areas are crucial.  We have now heard of the nightmares of the transport logistics created in the San Juan areas. Fortunately with our connections and our netweork we will be bypassing those issues. Working and going directly to the municipalities.  

WHY:
Hurricane Maria has devastated the country. The infrastructure is gone. Power is almost non-existent. 95% of wireless cell sites are lost. Much of the Island’s water is undrinkable.

We must must be committed to the people of Puerto Rico, to the recovery, to the rebuilding. Many of Puerto Rico's citizens are without homes, vehicles, furthermore work.  These ARE our brothers, sisters, family, friends...

In addition we have seen politics and bureaucracy create a logistical nightmare.

HOW:
One of our members Cpt, . Carlos Vasquez a native of Vieques, Puerto Rico, and world–renowned boat and mega yacht captain will be heading out towards the Island to deliver donated goods.

We are process of obtaining access to a vessel or a plane, in which all supplies will be loaded and delivered.  Our first of many trips of many will take place mid October.

These goods will include water, foods, generators, necessary rebuilding equipment.  Again, moving the hundreds of pallets of donations is crucial. 

The needs of Puerto Rico will be in a constant change, we will be assessing and informing you as we move to a new future, a new Puerto Rico
