HELP Jasmine walk again! TPLO Surgery

Meet my little princess, Jasmine. Born 12/26/11, I adopted her when she was a 4mo old puppy. Up until 6 weeks ago (3/18/19) her health was in great condition. I had taken Jasmine out for her daily walk as usual, as the weather was nice that day I decided to play fetch with her. After playtime I noticed her limping on her left hind leg. Thinking it just may be a minor sprain I continued to monitor her since she has had small sprains in the past. I decided to wait a few weeks to see if the injury would heal on its own, which it did until a certain point. After about 4 weeks she showed minor improvement but was still not fully using her left hind leg. I decided to wait 2 more weeks to see further improvement without any luck. I finally decided to take her to the vet for a checkup and was told she may have a torn CCL (cranial cruciate ligament). I then made another appointment at nearby Animal Hospital for a 2nd consultation and after taking an X-ray it was confirmed she did have a torn CCL.
A CCL tear in canines is equivalent to an ACL tear in humans. Due to the hind legs being her main support system, there are no alternate treatments which would heal her. The best way I can describe the situation is like "trying to repair a broken rubber band" it's just not possible. Unfortunately, surgery is the only option. To make matters worse she's now at an 80%-85% high-risk of tearing her right CCl (which has started to shake as well) because of supporting the left leg. The surgery for one leg is $5000 not including post-surgery expenses (physical therapy, follow up x-rays, routine bandaging, medications, etc...) which can be an additional $1000-$2000.
The worst part of this all is just watching her change since her injury. She’s 7 years old but would have the energy of an 8-week old puppy but, not anymore. She has become lethargic and unable to sleep properly, as she wakes up in the middle of the night crying or lying awake due to discomfort. As the days go by I can see the pain it is causing her, even though she’s as tough as she is. She has stopped climbing the stairs and must be carried up every night; if not, she climbs the first 2 steps, looks up at us and starts to whimper because she cannot get up on her own.
Jasmine is very active, energetic, playful, and most of all loving to everyone she encounters, however, she’s slowly losing her personality due to her being in pain. Jasmine means more to me than myself; she is always our number one priority. I take care of her well-being more than I do so for myself because she is my child and my world and I always do my best for her. Just to give you an idea of how well she's taken care of, we feed her three different kinds of vegan kibbles mixed with freshly cooked (weekly) Jenny-O turkey ( the one for human consumption), after every bathroom break we wipe her paws as well as her private parts, not to mention timely grooming (showers, nails, brushing teeth, etc…). I cannot put into words how much love I have for her and am always seeking the best for her.
I ask humbly in desperation for your help in aiding me so that I can bring Jasmine back to her normal self ASAP. It's been 6 weeks since the tear and I'm doing whatever I can to gather funds to help my baby heal before any further damage/complications occur. Any amount of donation will help, every little bit counts.

We cannot Thank You all enough for taking the time out of your busy lives to acknowledge Jasmine's situation. We are grateful and appreciative for whatever help we may get.
