Isela always had a smile on her face. Laughing and joking around. I remember her love for dogs. She liked little ones especially. I remember she used to carry a little chihuahua in her purse everywhere she went. And when she showed up at someones house, she would go srtaight to pet their dogs.
On Friday, October 13, 2017 she was found in Cd. Juarez on the side of the road.
This is the link to the article on the local newspaper. She had been severly beaten, with her wrists tied behind her back. We didn't find out what had happened until November 11, 2017. We were devasted. We thought she would turn up or call eventually. Saying she was too busy to call, or lost her contacts. Unfortunately, her mother checked the morgue and found her there. She was 28 years old.
She will be missed by her mother, sister, and two brothers. As well as her friends and rest of her family.
The cost is a little higher since we have to get a funeral home in Juarez, Mx to get her from the morgue, and arrange for the permits to bring her back to the US. Then they will bring her to the funeral home here in the US. We have been unable to get the amount together. As this was unexpected. We ask for anything anyone can donate. Every dollar counts. And if you can't donate,we ask to please share it on social media. Thank you.
