Employment. None political, global opportunity

Donation protected

 Overview.

This campaign is none political. If you can help by donating or sharing anything will help to buy equipment that will get people back to work, even if it's just the change in your pocket, no one can be so selfish that they do not want someone else to get on in life.  A job gives people pride and self worth.

This is a global opportunity to bring employment and help stimulate industry globally.  The photo above is from India.  This is just one of many stockpiles that India has. In this stockpile there is enough iron to make one third of India's pig iron yearly production.

Now it is time to stimulate growth and employment worldwide. If you can't back or fund this.

Could you please share.

Red Mud (RM) is an industrial waste from the Alumina industry.  Some 1.5 to 2 ton of RM is produced for every ton of Alumina made.  There are over Four billion tons stockpiled around the world and grows daily.

I/we have over several years refined a process that now can be used to rebuild the steel industry in any country. Create employment for thousands of people worldwide.  Your funding will help to move us to the next level.  Now more than ever jobs are a scarce commodity.  Please help.

There are several high value elements that up to now were hard to extract.  Not now. My patent pending process can extract these from Red Mud (RM).

Goals.

To remove and refine to the highest grades possible.  Fe, Ti, Al and other rare earth materials from Red Mud (RM).
To process RM and help the environment.  Our process renders RM as a non hazardous material.  RM Environmental Solution Ltd have developed a 100% non landfill protocol.

This has been done.

Every grain of RM is processed cleaned and used.

The progress we have made over the last six years is nothing short of miraculous.

We have tested RM from Australia, Dubai, France. Greece. India. USA and Suriname.

The results have inspired the industry to clean up the environment and view RM as an asset and not a waste product.

Milestones.
Using RM as a building material.

We have developed uses for bricks and building materials.

Compression testing has been done
with impressive results. 32.8 MPa 4757 PSI.  Compression strength at 28 days.

Made by me.

This makes concrete made with Red Mud suitable for 99% of construction

Products that can be produced using RM: Roof Tiles, Bricks, Floor and wall tiles, Sanitary ware, Toilets, Bidets, Sinks.

Uses for RM incorporating waste plastic. Products made with this material are 100% recyclable, Products made to non food grade.

Requires low investment for injection moulding machines, Moulds, Extruder. Gate fees often come with recycling waste plastic. This can often eliminate setup costs.

We have repurposed many machines to perfect our process which is now patent pending.

Our facility in Texas is a 1000 acre site that is our base of manufacture.  Here we build RM processing machines of various sizes specifically for specific sites around the world.  We can process upto 10,000 ton of RM daily.

Our process is cost effective, the use of low energy equipment, most we convert ourselves.  The majority of our equipment runs on 110 volts and heat can be provided from many sources keeping our process costs to under $10.00 per ton.

We are now ready to stimulate industry and job's worldwide.

Waste to profit.

What can be made?

The items that can be made are only held back by your own imagination.  Any plastic item or any item that is made from concrete or metal can be made with this technology. The products are 100% recyclable, rigid, self coloured, long lasting, no maintenance.
Such as:
Roof tiles, bollards, park benches, waste bins. block paving, bricks, fencing, handrails, pipes/gutters, decking, shower trays, buckets, water buts, pallets, All that is needed is identify the products you want to make that will sell in any country.

This is a low tech way to use this material.

A more high tech method

The technology to produce these items is very low.  The outlay to start can be as low as the change in your pocket, create wealth, employment, along with finances that can be put back into the business to stimulate

Expansion..

In most countries the plastic needed to produce items is free.  It is dumped in our streets, countryside and waterways.  In some cases companies will pay you to take the plastic off their hands reducing your costs.

Problems with storage of RM.
Disasters are unfortunately too common. There is no reason why red mud needs to be stored in this way.

Hungary.

The red mud disaster of October 4, 2010, followed the collapse of the Chamber 10 dam in Ajka Alumina Refinery, Hungary.

China.

19 January 2017 Domestic media reported that a red-mud reservoir at Sanmenxia in Mianchi County failed at approximately half past six in the afternoon of December 15th. The reservoir, operated by East Hope Sanmenxia Aluminum Co., Ltd. reportedly flooded the area with toxic tailings, leading to the immediate death of at least two individuals.

Brazil.

Brazil Dam Break Disaster Photos: Toxic Red Mud Buries Village In Mariana,

Rescue teams in southern Brazil raced to save victims and determine casualties Friday morning, hours after a dam burst at a mining waste site owned by two of the world’s largest mining companies, Vale and BHP Billiton Ltd. The collapsed dam in Mariana, Minas Gerais state, unleashed a surge of thick, red toxic mud that devastated the nearby village of Bento Rodrigues.
