Irma relief for employees of Belair

Belair Beach Hotel in St. Maarten was hit by Hurricane Irma on Wednesday, September 6.  Although the resort sustained some significant damage, it is not as catastrophic as the rest of the island. Much of the island does not exist any longer. The employees of Belair and Gingerbread are facing significant personal property losses, and some have lost their homes. Basic necessities are nearly impossible to obtain.  The friends of Belair are exploring all options for supporting the staff, and are incredibly grateful for any assistance that you can provide.
Funds will be sent directly to Paulina Cairo (Manager). She will distribute the donations evenly between each employee at Belair. They will be able to use their share to purchase food, water and necessities. Those who have lost everything,  will also use their share to help re-build thier homes.
