Irma Olde Cypress Employee Fund

Hurricane Irma has been one hell of a ride for everyone in SWFL.  Needless to say there is not one of our residents in Olde Cypress that has not been touched.  Most of us are fortunate enough to have resource at our disposal to  put our lives back to "normal" fairly quickly.

As I drive through our community and see the cleanup progress, I remember the lives of our club's servive employees that make OC club lifestyle what it is, and have also been touched as much as we have.  Possibly more.  Loss of wage hours.  Unforseen expenses.  I am reminded that there are those much less fortunate that have an affect on our lives , that go about doing the work, sometimes unseen, that afford us the sense of community  we all share and enjoy.

This fund will be shared equally with each hourly employee until the club resumes operations..

I invite you to share with me in funding this endeavor.

The fund will remain open until October 10.   All funds will be held in a dedicated account in my name.   After all funds have cleared,  we will distribute gift cards to each hourly employee equally.  I will update all as to number of cards and dollar amounts at that time.

As residents and members of our community,  we have the opportunity to show our appreciation  for those who work very hard for is throughout the year.

Thanking you all in advance!  May God bless us all.
