SIRI'S HEALING JOURNEY
Tucson Nurses Helping Hands has united once again to join hands and resources for a beloved co-worker recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Siri is a compassionate and seasoned registered nurse whose career centers around the importance of wellness in pregnancy and who nurtures each woman with education and evidence based care. A valuable asset to our Perinatal Women's Units here in Tucson Arizona, Siri is a special gift to all her pateints.
In October of this year 2017, Siri expereinced a lump in her breast and quickly sought an examination by her physician. The results were disheartening as she was told her biopsy showed an aggressive cancer and had also reached a lymph gland . Despite the dismay of this news and with a smile of faith, love and hope, Siri forged ahead to complete all necessary screenings and began her chemo theraphy treatments with swift determination.
Siri is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and a co-worker loved by many. As her co-workers it is with love and commitment we launch this page to assist her with medical bills, housekeeping needs, childcare, food and whatever else she and her family may need while she is fighting this battle.
