These kids. I stand in awe. Despite and in many ways because of their father's liver transplant in April and continuing recovery, they are determined to give back.
The Father has gifted us greatly auth love, provision and comfort. Now these three, ages 18, 14 and 12 want to travel to the Philippines to serve the Rossmarino family at Calvary Mission Bacolod.
Following in their older sister's footsteps who also served in Bacolod, the Irey Kids will serve children who have been abused and/or abandoned and taken in to become a part of the Rossmarino family. They will help with chores, lessons and games and serve in whatever capacity the mission most needs.
Our sweet and generous home congregation, Light of Christ, has offered to match every dollar the kids raise up to $750 per child which amounts to half of what they need. Yay!
They would like to leave at the beginning of August. Please consider supporting them in their service to our Lord.
