Irenes medical expense

Since 2014 my wife Irene has been battling stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer of the pancreas that has spread to other organs. She has been receiving treament at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in NY and they have strongly recommended her to pursue a treatment called Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT). Currently this treatment is only offered in Houston Texas and is not covered by any insurance. The cost of the treatment is $10,000 per treatment. She will need a total of 4 treatments to complete the treatment program . The results of this therapy is very promising. This will be done every 6-8 weeks and we will have to stay a week each time. Lodging and airfair will also come into play because that will add  to the expence. We have been told that this treatment is urgent and should not be put off much longer. Sadly at this time this is her only option. She is scheduled to have the first round of treatment January 11th, 2018. Any donation would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
