Irene Recovery Fund

The evening of September 27th has changed our lives. As many of you know, our mom/sister/aunt Irene suffered a life-threatening accident that caused level 1 head trauma. She was flown via helicopter to the best trauma hospital in El Paso where she spent the next 3 weeks in ICU. She’s currently  in rehab and it’s going to be a process and take time for her to recover. When we FaceTime and Zoom with her we can see she’s able to comprehend who we are but there’s still a long journey ahead in her road to recovery. We’d like to think that God took her away from her problems for the time being, and will bring her back to us later. The rest of us have been working hard at picking up pieces of her life. Many have asked about donations but knowing Irene she’s not one to ask for anything. However, at the request of family and friends, I went ahead and started this GoFundMe. Thank you for your continued prayers .... we hope and pray God brings her back to us soon...we miss her.
