CAL- FIRE VICTIM NEEDS HELP!!!
This is my amazing sister and friend Irene. She's special. She has a heart of gold, she's a servant, and a giver. She volunteers in several capacities to help those that struggle. She is a prayer warrior who never loses faith even in the face of adversity. She literally would give her last handful of change to feed someone who was hungry even if that meant she had to go without. Over the years I can't even count the times she's had my back and helped me out of a mess. She has a good heart, a generous heart and she gives freely, without any expectation or conditions. Irene is the most honest person I know. Her integrity knows no bounds.
She's been a school bus driver for well over 35 years and when we are out in public together it's very much the norm for people who are in their 30s to come up to her, ... "Miss Irene! ... Miss Irene! ... This is my daughter/son, ... he/she is going to be on your route just like I was!!!!" ... and then they hug her with memories of their youth.
That says something about her in itself.
Her mobile home burned to the ground a few days ago in the Journeys End Mobile Home Park Fire. She lost EVERYTHING including her cat Smokey who she adored.
She needs our help. She deserves our help. She has nothing now. She did not have time to even grab photos of loved ones in frames that she had on her wall, she escaped in her pajamas with just her purse when flames were consuming neighbors homes. She's currently staying in a motel, but motels are expensive, no clothes, and to top it all she's helping others who are homeless from the Santa Rosa Fires.
