<div>Iremide was diagnosed with a heart condition at 3 months and since then has been on frequent hospital visitations as a result of his health condition.  A few months after his birth, he had fluid drained from his heart. He also has an enlarged adenoid and hernia.

<div>My name is Tola Makinde, the Executive director and team lead at the MOYINOLUWA Rainbow Foundation. We have tried to raise funds through media and newspaper publication in Nigeria to no avail.

<div>The clock is ticking for Iremide, as he is not able to sleep, sit by himself and breathe well. He was discharged from the hospital last week while on oxygen and currently ill and pale as of today. We hope to get support with funds for his surgery to avoid pulmonary hypertension.

<div>He might be needing surgery for his adenoid removal and hernia but we need to save his tender heart first!

<div>The cost for surgery is NGN5,000,000 or $11,200.00 US currency.
