Ira Doell SCCC Scholarship Donation

Lynn has a milestone birthday coming up this May, and since it's the first one she will be celebrating without her dad, Ira, we want to make sure that he is remembered in the celebrations.

Lynn is on the scholarship board at Schenectady County Community College, and supporting both the students at this school and the city of Schenectady is a cause near and dear to her heart. Ira spent the majority of his career working at GE (within viewing distance of SCCC) and also put himself through university while working full-time and supporting his family, so contributing to education is in line with his values as well as Lynn's. We will be making a donation to the SCCC scholarship fund in Ira's name, to both help deserving students in need of financial assistance and remember Lynn's wonderful father in celebration of her 60th.
