This gofundme account was created by friends and family of Elliott “Arnold” Snell. The proceeds from this fund will help support his son Brandon, 11 with his education expenses and participation in athletic activities in the upcoming years.
Although Arnold succumbed to his battle with cancer on December 6, 2014, we want to provide a means for people to contribute to the quest of ensuring his hopes and dreams for Brandon are fulfilled. Arnold’s goal was to see his son succeed and to help him reach his maximum potential in all life’s desires.
Arnold was a student athlete at the University of Kansas serving as the Captain of the KU Football team in 1988. His innate leadership qualities carried over from the football field to a successful sales career as well as serving in a leadership capacity in his church. However, the best position he played was father/coach/leader to his young son. He stressed the importance of education along with life skills such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. He recognized that those skills are developed, nurtured and matured best in young through scholastic, athletic and associated activities.
In honor of Arnold and his legacy to his son, we are asking for your support in this endeavor. As this is intended to be a long standing effort, if not now, please contribute later. We simply want Brandon to know that because of the life his father lived, others are willing to invest in his.
