Iota Hurricane Relief Fund for Nicaragua

On behalf of the people who have survived two hurricanes back to back in Nicaragua, I am asking for donations.

I am sure by now you have seen the news and the destruction that Hurricanes Iota and Eta have caused in a few Central American countries.

Iota entered Nicaragua as Category 5 and the intense winds ravaged the towns taking away properties, injuring people, destroying crops, and killing livestock.

The aftermath is unimaginable and the economic devastation that is to come for a third-world country facing a pandemic like all of us will only cause more damage to an already fragile country.

Currently, people have no food and shelter, and those who are lucky enough to find shelter have to do so in confined spaces and forgetting of COVID-19 protocols because there is no other way.

I am afraid COVID case will skyrocket in my country as a consequence of this unless we get people back on their feet and back in their homes.

My sister and a few other family members are already at the front lines purchasing the essentials like water, food and clothes but there is much more to be done.

Join me in supporting hurricane victims one cent at a time!
