Empower a Girl thru Education

Tax deductible
If you were one of the  million  orphaned girls in Uganda you would be very lucky to finish primary school let alone go to secondary school.  University would only be a dream that other children might dream about but not you.
Since 2001 Concern for the Girl Child has been educating orphaned and vulnerable girls in Uganda starting in Secondary School and continuing through Vocational School or University.  These girls would not be able to attain this level of education because they have no one to pay for tuition, school supplies or uniforms and shoes.  Over 700 girls have been supported in this program over the last 14 years.
It costs approximately $250 per year to attend secondary school ( tuition, books, uniform, shoes, lunch) and approximately $2000 per year to attend University ( tuition, books, hostel fees).   You can see what CGC does by visiting www.concernforgirlchild.or.ug
CGC North America is currently supporting the programs of CGC in Uganda.  This campaign with a goal of $40,000 is to support a year of university for 20 girls    Please donate and help CGCNA reach this goal.  Be part of giving a future for these deserving girls.  Be part of changing a life.
