The mission of Strong Girls, United Women is to empower the woman and girls of Sierra Leone. SGUW works closely within communities on the interrelated issues of economic empowerment, access to education and medical care and GBV/SBV prevention.

Through child-centered Adolescent Health classes, Agricultural Development, Emergency Community Support, Trades and Skills Training for out-of-school girls, Advocacy and Alliance building- SGUW is working daily to improve the lives of women, girls and their families.
