International Bushfire Support

Hello everyone, my name is Kevin. A father of two young children trying to do my part as an Australian and helping our beautiful country in crisis due to the overwhelming bushfires. I am kindly asking the international community in particular because there is a time where reaching out to the world is necessary to make a greater difference (but locals always welcome) to support the bushfire situation in Australia (land, wildlife and people).

"2,700 firefighters (3 killed), 136 fires burning across NSW, 24 people have died nationwide this fire season, about 480 million animals have died across NSW and almost a third of koalas in NSW may have been killed in the fires, and a third of their habitat has been destroyed"
Because the donation amount might not be enough to distribute to many supporters and organisations out there, I have chosen a few to start with that I had involvement with in the past. I will be equally distributing (25% each) the funds to groups/organisations as listed below:
1. Australian Red Cross Disaster Recovery and Relief
2. NSW Rural Fire Service
3. Country Fire Authority (CFA), Victoria
4. The Port Macquarie Koala Hospital

As an IT Consultant, I am also running another gofundme page to develop a mobile application targeting to emergencies and related support functions. I hope technology in the future can quickly alert and assist those affected by all sorts of emergencies; anywhere in the world.
