Insurance and co-pays

I'm so sorry to have to do this, but I need help. A few months ago, you guys helped me pay my insurance premiums when I fell and hurt my knee so badly.

I've had two more setbacks. Last month I fell again outside and hurt my arm. It swelled and bruised from my shoulder to my palm, with the worst being two hematomas in my elbow. Then, I had blood work done and my white cells and albumin are off, so I need an ultrasound done on my gall bladder. Plus, I have to have another colonoscopy.

I'm disabled, and have filed for Social Security, but was denied for not being disabled enough. Their words. It's in appeal, but the hearing won't be scheduled for another two to four more months, after waiting fourteen months already. I have no income other than a small amount from royalties from my writings.

So I need help. My insurance premiums are due for this month and I can't pay it. Without it, I can't have the tests done, pay co-pays or get my meds for everything already diagnosed.
