My name is Carol Ann Hawk. I am a type one diabetic of 14 years now. I want to get a Insulin pump to help better my control of diabetes. It is very important to me and my health that I get a pump. My insurance wants me to pay $1500 out of pocket before they pitch in. If I pay the 1500 out of pocket it will reach my 800 deductible and then my insurance will pay for my supplies the rest of the year. It would cut down my costs immensely.
