<div>I am (and always will be) in recovery for my alcoholism/addiction. I need to share this experience, so I'm completely transparent.

<div>Being through these situations hasn't been the easiest. I do have over 5 yrs in treatment facilities, trauma therapy, counseling, holistic First Nations spiritual healing ceremonies and other practices tied into spirituality, that have been truly amazing in my recovery.

<div>I have studied the United Nations Declaration of Rights for Indigenous Peoples, Indian Act and finally the Societies Act. The purpose for studying these, is to implement my own Non-Profit Society to help with Institutionalization as a mental health issue. I have experienced gaps in support/care most may not know exist.
