IN.Society Launch- a Racial Justice Platform!

Founded in April 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic, IN.Society is the racial activism platform and “communication bridge” to connect, support and encourage allies, activists, influential people and organisations no matter where they are on their journey towards Anti-Racism. We have been on social media a while but we would love to finally launch a website!
About IN.Society
We, the Founders, Daneille Guthrie and Geeta Lal, through IN.Society, are fighting against racial inequalities. Extremely passionate about challenging contemporary practices, structures and societal "norms", we want all to be included now in society. Like many, we didn't know where to start! So we are on a learning journey and aim to collaborate with relevant experts to provide education on the past and current political and economical landscape in the UK, and how this relates to the UK BAME communities. The end game is to see a well-informed society, so we can all feel confident in challenging injustices for ourselves and others!
Who will benefit?
We wish to uplift BAME voices and highlight the racial injustices they experience. But we want to go further. We want to challenge the system and create lasting change. Not only educating the BAME community, but allies too. So, who benefits? Everyone! We all benefit when there are less racial tensions, injustices creating a happier society, for us all.
Currently based in the West Midlands, we will take action in this region but our social media, online events and talks remains a source of information and collaborative space for a national audience.
Where the money will go?
We appreciate all those sharing our efforts (please share!) and putting money towards helping us get set up! The funds go towards the systems/software we require to operate, building our first website and if surplus, our first project working on anti-racism practices to support educational and employment institutions who seek help with diversity and inclusion!
How soon do we need it?
We wish to raise this money by October 2020 (well sooner if we can!)
