<div>Hello, my name is LaRae Barnes, a Nurse Practitioner specializing in neurology, nutritional disease, and sleep medicine. After years of clinical work and personal exploration, I’ve developed a promising new hypothesis about the root causes of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)—a devastating condition with no cure.

<div>Through my new nonprofit, the Cure ALS Now Foundation, we are preparing to launch an integrative research study focused on what may be a key overlooked factor in ALS progression: the collapse of the neuro-motor energy system and myofascial signaling.
