<div>My daughter Keela is one of the kindest, most selfless people you’ll ever meet! She’s an incredible wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend . She always shows up for others but now she needs us to show up for her.<br />

<div>Hi, my name is Jacquekeela.

</div>

<div>On September 19, 2025, my life changed in an instant. I was simply waiting for my food at Popeyes, doing something so routine and normal. I had been asked to pull around to the front and while I waited, something terrifying happened. A man went inside, then moments later rushed back out. As I sat in my car, on the phone with my husband, I saw a Popeyes employee come outside, stand right in front of me and raise a gun. Before I could fully process what was happening, I ducked, hoping to stay safe.

</div>

<div>Then I heard gunshots.

</div>

<div>When I sat back up, I realized I had been shot in my left arm. My passenger window had been shattered. I’ve been dealing with not only the trauma but also serious pain and damage to my arm and hand. I don't know how long I’ll be out of work, and the uncertainty is overwhelming. Everything has been made so much harder physically, emotionally, and financially.

</div>

<div>I’m asking for your help. If you’re able to donate—no matter how small—it would go directly toward helping me recover: medical needs and daily essentials and monthly bills while I recover and navigate this unexpected and painful journey and adjust to what is so uncertain.

</div>

<div>I appreciate your love, prayers, and support More than words can say.

</div>

<div>Thank you for being here for me.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>With love and gratitude,

</div>

<div>Jacquekeela
