In need of Spinal Surgery

The Turner Family is in great need of your support , to get Calvin the help he truly needs.
Calvin and his family ( Wife, Jen Turner and 9 year old son, Vincent Turner) has to fly out to Miami , FL where Calvin can get surgery on his back.

The Surgery is called Spinal Disectomy .
Calvin has a pinched nerve from a bulging disc ( L5S1 ) which is causing his leg to go completely numb. That being said they are going to be shaving/cutting the disc.

Calvin has sadly been fighting this excruciating pain for about 8 to 10 years now, and him and his family are ready for the pain to end.
Calvins surgery date lands in Early January of 2018. The surgery should be about 40 mins to 4 hours long if all goes well, but it could possibly go up to 8 hours if any complications.

As for recovery , Calvin will be out for about 8 to 14 weeks.
Our goal is to hit $30,000. 
The donations are going to, surgery cost, flight cost (round trip), hotel costs, rehab costs and any and all unforseen medical issues.
