In Memory of Philip Rhodes

My friend Doug Uptegraft lost his partner, Philip Rhodes, after 13 years together. Philip was only 37 and had no will drawn up that would entitle Doug to Philip's estate. Because Ohio doesn't allow or recognize gay marriage, it's possible Doug will lose his home that was in Philip's name. Doug's "not-in-laws" have been supportive and generous, but they can only do so much.

Doug says Phil was an avid tabletop gamer, and I know the gaming community, their friends, and loved ones can rally together and raise enough to help Doug get through the next few months as he settles into a new life.
