Inman Family

Yesterday, my sister, niece, and nephews lost their home to a fire.  They are not alone, my parents and so many other also lost their homes to the Paradise Camp Fire.

This is not my sister's first time experiencing loss.  On August 8th, 2017, she lost her husband and father to her children in a tragic car accident.   

As if this wasn't enough, Jennifer is a breast cancer survivor.

These losses and heartache my sister has experienced in her lifetime have been too much for one person to bear.  Yesterday my sister, Jen Inman, lost not only her house, but her workplace and the town she lived her whole life in.  

This has been the most difficult year, as they tried to piece things together and find a way to survive.  Paul was the breadwinner and his absence impacted them with both emotional and financial loss.  Yet, they were doing ok.  The twins (yes, they were blessed with twins!) are in their senior year of high school (which is now burned to the ground as well).  My nephew Hunter has been working and contributing to the family.  

And then yesterday, it happened.  The Camp Fire in Paradise, Ca.  We confirmed through videos on Facebook that their home and so many other precious things were lost.  As of 4:30 yesterday, the home was engulfed in flames.  They all made it to safety (dogs included) and I am eternally grateful for this.  But it leaves a hole in our lives where there was already a hole from Paul.  

I wish that I could take away the heartache my family is experiencing.  So I am doing all that I can and reaching out to my community to see about helping my sister, her kids, and my parents.

Please help if you can to ease my sister's pain by providing her a chance to pick up her life and put it back together.
