<div>Il s'agit d'une équipe intégrée de jeunes composée de professionnels qualifiés pour ce travail, travaillant dans un esprit d'équipe et possédant de nombreuses compétences.

<div>Il s'agit d'une jeune équipe artistique composée de jeunes hommes et femmes spécialisés dans le secteur des arts du spectacle. L'équipe consacre ses efforts à soulager les souffrances des enfants souffrant de stress post-traumatique dû aux guerres à travers des programmes d'arts du spectacle tels que le dabke, le chant , les spectacles de cirque et arts plastiques.

<div>L'équipe a pour objectif de proposer des programmes innovants visant à aider les enfants à s'adapter aux défis psychologiques auxquels ils sont confrontés dans leur vie quotidienne, que ces défis découlent de pressions sociales ou familiales, ou des événements difficiles qu'ils ont traversés en raison de la guerre et de son impact psychologique.

<div><strong>Où se dérouleront nos activités ?</strong>
</div>
<div>Cette équipe travaillera dans les camps de déplacés du secteur sud de Gaza, notamment dans les camps d'orphelins et d'enfants ayant besoin d'un soutien psychologique et moral. Elle travaillera également dans plusieurs abris pour les personnes déplacées. Après chaque événement, des collations seront distribuées aux enfants de ces camps.

</div>
<div>L'équipe organise des séances de groupe et individuelles pour les enfants, visant à renforcer la conscience de soi chez les enfants, à les encourager à exprimer leurs sentiments et à gérer leurs problèmes de manière saine.

<div><strong>2. Activités de divertissement et de motivation :</strong>
</div>
<div>Le programme quotidien de l'équipe comprend des jeux interactifs qui visent à développer les compétences sociales des enfants et à renforcer leur confiance en eux. Ces activités comprennent des jeux de groupe, des activités physiques et des compétitions simples qui aident à stimuler les enfants physiquement et mentalement.

<div>L'art et le dessin font partie des principales activités sur lesquelles l'équipe se concentre. L'équipe guide les enfants dans l'utilisation des couleurs et des lignes comme outils d'expression, les encourageant à innover et à imaginer.

<div>Formateur en arts du théâtre et chorégraphe, il a produit de nombreuses performances individuelles et collectives, et a participé à de nombreuses représentations régionales et internationales. Il a une grande expérience de travail dans des organisations de la société civile et il s'intéresse aux projets qui visent à soulager le stress psychologique des enfants par le biais de programmes et d'activités.

<div>L'équipe cherche à assurer des sources de financement qui lui permettent de continuer et de développer son travail, et à communiquer avec diverses associations et particuliers pour bénéficier de leur expertise. <div>En plus de la nécessité de fournir des cartes d'identité personnelles ou une chemise d'uniforme portée par les membres de l'équipe. Et la nécessité pour l'équipe de se déplacer de leurs lieux de résidence vers le campement ciblé pendant les activités. Une récompense sera également distribuée aux enfants de ces camps.
