Ultimate Lovers, Ingraham Friends and Families, Kind-Hearted Citizens,
Ingraham High School’s Ultimate Frisbee Team seeks your help. We are the girls ultimate team and we aim to raise $7500 by May 19th, 2018 to assist in funding the team's trip to the biggest girls tournament in the world, the Pioneer Valley Invitational in Boston, May 19th and 20th, 2018.
Why should you support us?
We are self-funded. We are a club sport and are not funded through our high school's sports budget. Players must pay to participate during the season, to cover costs for coaches, field rentals, equipment, and other expenses. Scholarships for the season are provided by families contributing more than their required dues, if possible. Paying the additional cost of the PVI tournament, above and beyond season costs, is not possible for many.
We have excelled since Ingraham Girls’ Ultimate began in 2015! With the formation of our JV Girls team in 2016, 28 girls players on 2 teams are coached by elite-level coaches who put in hundreds of hours. In 2017 Ingraham girls won the city Spirit Award, and in 2016 we placed second in the Westerns Regional Championships.
We live Spirit Of The Game, which sets Ultimate apart from other competitive team sports. With a culture of fair play and mutual respect, our players learn to work things out on the field and form life-long friendships and skills. Ingraham Girls Ultimate players have played for USAU Youth Club Championships and womens club teams in Seattle.
