Inez for Miss Black IL USA 2013

Inez is currently Miss Black Hyde Park USA 2013 and she is running for Miss Black Illinois USA 2013. She wants to make a difference in our community and you can help support her in achieving this goal by donating and helping her become the NEXT MISS BLACK ILLINOIS. Below are some of the thing she has already accomplished:

·         Has sung the National Anthem for The Chicago White Sox 3 times!

·         Bill Gates Millennium Scholar, Alumni, and Ambassador since 2000.

·         President of The Jackie Robinson Foundation Alumni Association.

·         Graduated with her Bachelors from The University of Chicago in 2008.

·         Currently Pursing her Masters of Education from DePaul University.

·         Worked for Chicago Public Schools (CPS) at Kenwood Academy H.S.

·         Worked for University of Chicago's Neighborhood Schools Program.

·         Published Co-Author of CPS' Freshmen On-Track Handbook used city-wide.

·         Published Author of CPS' Sophomore On-Track Handbook used city-wide.

·         Took 26 students abroad to Spain, France, Switzerland, & London in 2010.

·         Sponsors Super Sisters, a mentoring club for teenage girls at Kenwood H.S.

·         Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated since Fall 2006.

·         Proficient in Spanish and is currently working on becoming Fluent.

·         Mary Kay Sales Director.

·    Pageant is October 27^th at 7:00pm at Dusable Museum
