Help Father Fighting Deportation

Controversial topic, but here we go. Desperately trying to keep my family together!  My husband is here in the United States. He is a legal resident of South Africa. He came here on a 10 year holiday Visa. He decided to try and get his green card as he was caring for his brother who was in a terrible car accident years ago which left him in a wheelchair.  He is a quadriplegic who, at the time when my husband came over, was going through a divorce and needed help. We met in that time as well. We hired an attorney, got married, got pregnant, and we were grossly misrepresented, and abandoned by the attorney.  Her name is Tanya Brockington. She has since been disbarred after we hired another attorney that made sure she would not destroy other families. The lack of representation that Ms. Brockington provided us, led us into a completely different place. My husband who has a wife, 2 stepdaughters, and his first child of his own who is now 3 years old and a U.S. citizen, is now listed on the deportation list. He has been in my daughters' lives since they were 3 and 5 years old. We are fighting to keep him here as ICE is involved at this time and has him detained while getting his paperwork together to deport him.  We are fighting hard right now. We have had to hire another attorney that will take payments. We are now tasked with coming up with 2500.00 immediately as a retainer and then $600 a month until we meet the full amount of $10,000.  We are a family trying to stay together. My son needs and wants to be with his father.  He has been in my girls' lives since my now 10 year old was only 3 yrs old.  We can only see him once a week behind glass and talk through a phone.  My husband cannot contain his emotions at the thought of being sent back. We all need him with us.  No, I cannot go to South Africa. The county is a war zone with nothing to offer anyone.  Also,  I have two daughters who visit with their father regularly. I am pleading that the negative comments are spared at this time.
