My favorite things in life: My family, my friends and cooking for my loved ones.
When I'm cooking, what really makes my heart sing, is making a tomato sauce that captures the essence of summer and dances across your tongue as a symphony of delight.
My sauces are 100% natural, with vegetables sourced from local Northwest farms, without any preservatives or added sugar, slow cooked in small batches until they reach absolute perfection!

These sauces are extremely versatile and can be used for more than just pasta. With just one taste, you'll know that a lot of time and love went into making such a high quality sauce.
I'm just about ready to move forward with the USDA, but as I move forward, all the testing, analysis and equipment that will be needed gets very expensive.
Currently, I'm working 1 full time & 2 part time jobs to make this happen.
