India Covid-19 Pandemic Food Donation

Updated on (05/11) - We met our phase-1 fundraising goal of $14500 (towards 501 ration kits). Thanks to everyone who supported us in this initiative. As lockdown due to high Covid cases continues in India, we are starting phase-2 of our fundraising campaign with a goal to distribute additional 250 ration kits. Thousands of people have lost jobs to the pandemic and lockdown in India. Many people who survive on daily wages can’t earn enough money to get one meal a day. We are partnering with Brown Boy Fitness Cares , a Delhi, IN based non-profit organization that work on the ground level to provide ration kits to those in need by delivering ration directly to people's homes. Each ration kit costs approximately $29 (2,100 rupees) and can feed a family for a month. Our goal is to distribute 501 ration kits. While we cannot help every impacted family, our goal is to ensure at least some people don’t sleep without food and request you to join us in this effort. 

100% of the funds raised here will be used towards ration kits (we will cover gofundme fees and all operational cost). We will also provide updates and will post Videos as the ration kits are distributed.
