<div>Hi, my name is Nathan Nevols, and I’m the proud owner of Kettering School of Boxing CIC, a community boxing club that works with young people and adults across Kettering.

<div>For years, our gym has been more than just a place to train — it’s been a safe space for people battling stress, anxiety, depression, and everyday struggles. We see first-hand how boxing can change lives: it builds confidence, discipline, and community.

<div>This November, Kettering School of Boxing and Kettering ABC are teaming up with Spartan Survival to host a Mental Health Awareness Assault Course — a powerful event that brings sport and mental health together.

<div>We’re raising funds to help us run a local boxing show, which is costly but incredibly valuable for our members and the community.
</div>
<div>This show gives our boxers something to train for, helps people stay active and connected, and spreads awareness that mental health matters — inside and outside the ring.
