<div>Nach einem Vorfall, bei dem mein Mobilgerät missbraucht wurde, kam es zu mehreren unautorisierten Abbuchungsversuchen über mein digitales Wallet. Trotz sofortiger Sperrung, Anzeige bei der Polizei in Japan und vollständiger Dokumentation wurde mein Erstattungsantrag abgelehnt.

<div>Ein Großteil des Geldes ist tatsächlich abgebucht worden.

<div>Trotzdem stehe ich nun vor einer finanziellen Notlage.

<div>Die Situation ist besonders belastend, weil ich mich derzeit in Tokio befinde und nicht einfach „nach Hause“ fahren kann. Unterkunft, Verpflegung, notwendige Dokumente und rechtliche Schritte verursachen weitere Kosten, die ich momentan kaum stemmen kann.
