<div>On 24 July 2023 <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NTXn7T6vy8EBz7J9-OOCY2mIBGrqg-b6/view?usp=drive_link" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Israel Mandley</a> suffered a swimming accident and sustained injuries which he was not able to recover from. He was pronounced brain dead on 25 July 2023. He remained on life support till 01 Aug 2023 at which time he donated four life-saving organs to four recipients.

<div>Israel Obediah Hezekiah Ekundayo Mandley, 34, of McKeesport, was born September 21, 1988, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was the beloved son of Mervyn and Olafemi (Williams) Mandley. He attended McKeesport High School, graduating with honors in 2007. After graduation, he furthered his education at Ohio Polytechnic University.

<div>Youngest of three siblings, Israel was a jack of all trades and entered multiple ventures over the years to include construction, food preparation, music, tattooing, and fashion design but his passion was for <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z46lwcsnqoaIGjgxjTmbUGM80MXtsRBt/view?usp=drive_link" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">automotive repair and fabrication</a> . His love of cars was second only to his love of being a <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sddR2XrbyYNAkXtHW3dB0yy_9i8-rEhF/view?usp=drive_link" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">family man</a> . Such a <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tT9oNuti54sXsrBT9l01LT5h7xxMwe6B/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">bright light</a>, Israel stood out as a leader among his peers and left a lasting impression on all who met him. A true friend indeed, he would not hesitate to help those in need. Not only would he help but he would also volunteer his time and knowledge to teach people automotive and home improvement skills so they would be better prepared in the future.

<div>Before his passing, Israel had purchased a house and was in the process of renovating it so that his family could have a home. All funds donated will directed to finishing the <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZqRGB6QzY2KTNrvj277-XjlvipxXZaIA/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">renovations on his house</a> and to provide emergency support to his family. Israel is survived by his loving Fiancé Jasmine Stevens. Children; two sons, stepson Rashad Freeman, Oba Mandley; three daughters, Jordan Nicole Mandley, Israel "LaLa" Mandley, and Azrael Mandley; Family pet, <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/14aO0_GXCG3Iy3qTgrCi8QZ7Gh_jXJj2f/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Koda</a> (Dog).
