In need of help with bills for medical care

Adam was a very healthy and active guy. Unfortunately, at the end of June, Adam injured his back while working at the hospital as a Nursing Assistant. He has two bulging disks and weakness in his left leg. Due to back pain, weakness, and physical limitations, he can no longer do any of the activities or hobbies he loves. Due to the injury, he had to drop out of nursing school and may have to start school over or find a new career path. He has been struggling to get the proper medical care needed and has had many road blocks since he got his injury. 

Adam's back injury has caused severe weakness and pain in his left leg, as well as in his back. The weakness has gotten to the point where his leg no longer functions properly and it drags behind him while walking. The doctors in Duluth have no idea what the exact cause is, so he has to go down to the Mayo Clinic and has been trying to get in there for months, but things aren't going as expected. He has to continuously fight with the insurance companies because they keep denying coverage of needed treatments and care. He is getting stuck with medical expenses to get the medical attention he needs before the symptoms potentially become permanent. The symptoms continue to get worse and nothing is being done to help, He is looking for some assistance to help afford the care he needs and to straighten everything out with the insurance companies to try to get diagnostics and treatments covered.
