Medical Costs are Growing I Need help

Hello, my name is Ryan Weingart. I am fighting to survive the cost associated with treating the results of battling a stage 4 Head/Neck cancer. I came through Chemo and Radiation therapies to kill 2 tumors that equalled the mass of a cantaloupe in my head and neck. I survived a recurrence thanks to gamma knife procedures. Now I face the deterioration of my brain stem. They refer to it as " Autonomic instability secondary to baroreflex failure status post neck surgery and radiation". In normal speak, my body can no longer readily control involuntary functions. My Blood Pressure goes up down regardless of medication or activity, My breathing stops on average 16 times an hour and my pulse rate is very irregular; going to a fluttering fast then a slow beat as if I was in deep sleep while I am doing normal activity. This will continue to progress and all they can do is attempt to treat symptoms. Unfortunately thanks to the Affordable Care Act I am no longer eligible for assistance with rides to treatments and testing. 40 some miles away on average and many treatments and tests are not covered by Medicare. I am on fixed income and truly need assistance with funds to pay for transportation, fees associated with treatment and testing and so on.
