Zachary Winkle joined the Olgoonik family in October 2014, working for a Department of State project. Prior to his employment with Olgoonik, he was a US Navy SeaBee. Zachary was a fine young man who enjoyed his work and made many contributions to the Department's overseas mission.
He was married to the former Kirsten Bowman on July 10, 2015.
This is a devestating loss for Zachary's family and Olgoonik.
