William (Bill) Patrick Foley, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend passed away peacefully at his home in Tolland, CT on Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020 at the age of 59. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Charles J. and Lorraine I. (Noel) Foley, a sister, Laurie Anne Woodward, and brothers, Thomas and James Foley. He leaves behind his children, Josephine, William, and Gillian Foley of Rockville, CT. He is survived by his siblings: Charles, Michael, Patrick, Timothy, John, Teresa, Catherine, Eileen, Christopher, Sean, and Daniel; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bill was born and bred in Rockville, CT where he attended St. Bernard’s School and graduated from Rockville High School (Class of 1979). Bill was a life-long New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan and a lover of classic rock, especially the Rolling Stones. He was an active member of the Italian Social Club in Rockville, CT. “Wild Bill” made us laugh and will be forever remembered as the life of the party. In the spirit of the season, and to quote Bill himself, “Jingle Balls” to all.
