In Memory of Subhan

Bismillāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm,
On Monday 25th November 2019, Subhan Hussain, a son, brother, friend and aspiring pharmacist passed away from an ongoing rare respiratory condition. He was upbeat and always smiling, he was passionate about his studies and never let his condition impact his education. He was a role model for his peers and friends.
He was a student of Islam which was reflected in his behavior and personality. Subhan was living out the example of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, who said: “Do not disdain a good deed, (no matter how small it may seem) even if it is your meeting with your brother with a cheerful face” (Sahih Muslim).
This project aims to set up sadka jariyah (ceaseless charity) for Subhan, a student at Bradford University. The pump(s) will be established by the organisation known as Muslim hands. The cost of a single pump is £150 and will take 6 weeks to start running. Please use this page to make your generous donations towards this project and pay your respects to subhaan and his family.
