Honoring Steve Shutts: A Beloved Member of the Affinity Express Family

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Steve Shutts. Steve passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, after a recent medical condition. Our deepest condolences go out to his wife, Melody, and their family.

Steve was a dedicated member of the AffinityX family for 13 years, joining us in 2012. As VP, Operations, he was a respected leader who led with integrity, care, and a standard of excellence. What we will remember most, is his genuine kindness and how he made everyone feel like a friend. A generous mentor, Steve consistently put clients and teammates first. He made our company better, and his presence, perspective, and unwavering integrity will be profoundly missed.

In honor of Steve’s memory, we have established this fund to support his family. All contributions will go directly to his loved ones to help with memorial expenses and provide some relief as they navigate this difficult loss.
