<div>On early Sunday morning August 18, 2024 our beloved son and brother, Stephen Mancilla Carlos, was a victim of gun violence in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. After a long fight from Stephen, his family and friends, he unfortunately was called to heaven. His life was cut short by an act of violence that we can scarcely comprehend. It is an unimaginable loss, one that has shaken us to our core.
