These last few weeks and the uncertainty of what lies ahead has turned all of our lives upside down.
While trying to make sense of this new world reality like the rest of us, our dear friend Johanne was at her husband Scott’s hospital bedside for his last few days in his courageous battle with cancer.
Scott passed away peacefully on the morning of Friday March 20th 2020, surrounded by his loving wife and two lifelong friends, Danny and Jerold.
Two days later, Johanne received news that she would be laid off due to the COVID 19 provincial closures.
Please help us to support Johanne, Jade and Holly in this extremely difficult time.
A small contribution on your part will ensure Johanne can now focus on getting herself and her two beautiful girls through this traumatic event, without the added burden of having to worry about how she will pay for rent, groceries, both the 'regular' bills and the unexpected medical/hospital bills, etc.
We are hoping to make the equivalent of Scott's yearly salary, to alleviate Johanne's financial stresses for this difficult year ahead, so she and the girls can create their 'new normal' together.

You were an amazing Father, dedicated husband, and a wonderful friend. You brought much kindnesses was to all. You fought strong and hard for so long...making every moment special. You taught me what it is to be grateful in all circumstances and not to worry. "Caring around an umbrella makes you stop enjoying the present moment", was what you said. You will be greatly missed by everyone. I love you so much. Times were hard but we made it. "Your still the one" reflects our !(wedding song)...and someday I'll meet you once again "over the rainbow"( your passing song)...but for now enjoy your Mom, Mickey, and Zoe.
