In Memory of Sara Morales

I don’t even know where to start with this one, so I’ll just say it. One of my best friends in this entire world was shot to death following a road rage incident yesterday, leaving behind a beautiful daughter Gianna without a parent. As Sara has been the sole parent present in her child’s life with the help of her wonderful parents Doreen and Dave, Gi’s grandparents are now faced with not only having to address the unthinkable task of handling their daughter’s passing, but in addition have to enter into the legal proceedings to become Gi’s official guardians to ensure she still has a safe and loving home and won’t be uprooted or placed into any foster system. Sara also leaves behind her partner Wilbur. 

 

This gofundme will link directly to her mother Doreen’s account to assist her in her care of Gi while sorting out our beloved Sara’s final arrangement, along with the costs that will come when seeking custody of her. Gi is truly blessed to have her grandparents in her life.

 

I don’t really have the words to describe what Sara and her family mean to me, but I can say a friendship like hers doesn’t come around every day. Rest In Peace my sweet friend ♥️
