On July 10th 2017, our family suffered an unimaginable loss. Salvatore Mazzuchelli was suddenly taken from us. He was an incredible father, loving brother, unforgettable uncle, and a caring son. His family meant the world to him.
He is leaving behind his long time love Jen and his beautiful daughter Alyssa, who idolized her father very much.
Unfortantely, Sal did not have life insurance policy quite yet. We are asking help for Salvatore and our family with funeral expenses during this difficult time.
Although Sal is no longer with us, his legacy will live on throughout the family.
