My brother, Robert Rousan, drowned in the Gasconade River in Dixon, MO. He was headed to see his doctor in Springfield, MO. They didn't have the road closed, and it was 5:30 am, so of course, it was still dark out. It happened right there at the end of O highway on cave rd.They found the car at 1:30 am on 11/07/2024, but his body wasn't found until 3:00 pm on the 11/08/2024 No one was prepared for this at all. He's going to be cremated at Declue Funeral Home in Potosi, Missouri.

I don't like asking for help, but I have no choice because none of us have the money to pay for it. So, if you could see it in your heart to please help us, any little bit helps. This is so hard on all of us; he was loved and missed dearly by his son, grandbabies, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, aunts,uncles,any Friends.
